They have forgotten a few times to pick up my trash over the past year. When we call because they did not pick up, it takes a while to get to a human. Usually we just wait until the next week (we recycle and compost quite a bit, so we usually don't have a high volume of trash and sometimes don't put out the can every week. Currently I have a larger load waiting for a pickup that never happened, this on a Friday before Labor Day weekend (with a house full of people). They do a good job, WHEN THEY DO THEIR JOB. They are good if they pick up the trash. When they don't pick up the trash, its a frustrating situation. You have to call them, which takes like 15 minutes to get throught to customer service then followed by a voicemail to leave a message. If you leave a message, it takes forever to respond. Once they finally answer, they come and pick up the trash right away. Personally, I am thinking of switching.
