30% bill increase. Then when I called to cancle my service and go with someone 2/3 of the price, they charge $50 to pick up the can that I rent. She made sure to let me know that I only had two price increases in the last two years. Unfortunately they were about 25-30% each. Horrible customer service as well.
I can’t even believe I have to give them one star!!! Do NOT order a roll off dumpster from this company!!! They will have NO problem taking your credit card info for instant payment when placing the order….but when they don’t deliver your dumpster the only day you need it…good luck getting a refund!!!! I ordered a roll off in June that NEVER got delivered and I’m STILL waiting for my refund and it’s the middle of September!!!
