So far I have attempted to call the listed phone number for setting up services and have been unable to get it set up. The one time that a person did answer, she followed it by saying "Okay" after I explained that I would like to set up services, by the way, after selecting the prompt to set up services, only to have her transfer me to the same main menu from which I was just at.
trash did not get picked up today....customer service said he was on a different route, bull..maybe hung over!!
This is the worst business in the valley by FAR. They have no sense of customer service and their attempts to fix the problems they cause are worthless. I am about to take my business elsewhere as soon as my contract is up. Goodbye Allied Waste. You have been a pain in my ass since the beginning of our contract. YOU SUCK!
