One of your drivers almost t-boned my car this morning. Speeding through a neighborhood where the posted speed limit is 15 mph. After almost hitting my car he proceeded to speed through a left turn without yielding, into a parking lot still going at least 25 mph in a parking lot in the wrong lane towards oncoming traffic, then took up like eight parking spaces in the Walmart so that he could go shopping I guess? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!This company is horrible. Trash service is not picked up as per the contract. When calling customer service each person gives a different excuse which leads to no result. Billing department does not handle invoices correctly. Horrible service, horrible work.
They called me on Friday(21Oct) to inform me that my service was being terminated(no fault of my own) and my 8 yard dumpster will be picked up on Monday(24Oct). This hurts my business quite a bit, as no other service providers will come out this far. I have no time to make other arrangements during a very busy time of year for my business. They could have given me a bit more notice. Also, I'm paid through the 31st of October. They're taking the dumpster on the 24th and will not be reimbursing me for the last week of October.... read more
