This will be the third time that I have had my trash not picked up. Then when you call it always we will get it picked up today or tomorrow. That’s is a COMPLETE LIE!!!! They must have this on a card because it always the same. There should be a discount somewhere when they do this. A 1 star rating doesn’t change the fact that they have horrible service. I wanted to report the driver but they didn’t even ask for the name or anything. Complete disappointment.

Just moved in. Trash can was supposed to be delivered Thursday, but wasn't. Called Friday and was promised I'd have it by the end of the day. Nope. Called numerous times before closing on Saturday. It just went straight to voice mail every time so I've got a ton of trash from the move and nowhere to put it.

Republic services has a bunch of hidden fees that they don’t mention to you. Their drivers will place your dumpster to close to fences so you can’t shut the lid. They’ll let your contract expire not mention it to you and then place you in one with a higher rate and not mention it to you. Overall terrible company and mismanaged avoid doing business with them if you can

I have to call almost every week to remind them to pick up my trash. They always pick up my neighbors but not mine I’ve moved it to various different spots, and it’s never overflowing. I ended up getting an extra brown dumpster because this happens so often.
