Leaving my trash cans in the middle of driveway. Can’t get anyone to answer phones. The prices we pay are for quality services but get half ass work with drivers that will not give you their name roll up the window while you’re talking and drive off leaving you standing there. 9/24/26 Again terrible service once again and it seems my last review got removed. Still have about a 1/4 of household trash in the trash can. I knew this was the case soon as I hit the street coming home. Notice the recycle bins all right back on the curb like they were put out. Then notice the trash bins away from the curb, yep when I see this I know that all my household trash was not totally emptied. There is spilled trash on the road. The trash bin wasn’t over filled, the lid shut without issue. Why is there trash now all over the street?
The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I have been trying to cancel service sine Jul 28th ... it is now Aug 18th, and have been billed. I get the runaround with no one being able to solve the issue. SARAH VILA who is the account manager for San Angelo does not return calls and this is absolutely pathetic. Is it really that difficult to stop service with this company ... I have repeatedly asked for a supervisor to join the call and am told that's not possible. BS. They make it difficult so you just stop trying ... not this cat.... read more
The worst service I’ve ever dealt with every two weeks I have to call the day after pick up for them to pick up my recycling I have reported this 4 times in the past few months, I moved into my house and never had an issue, why do I pay for a service if they can’t do their job properly.
