Every time I turn around, the prices increase. I'm paying almost $65 a pick up. Are you serious??? I'm tired of getting robbed for such little service. Guess it's time to move on and kick Republic Services to the curb along with the trash!
It has been 3 weeks and my mother-in-law's tracks has not been picked up, she is handicapped and cannot put her trash out, they have been neglecting to grab her trash cans and empty them. If something is not done soon. The city of san angelo needs to do something about this. And she has handicap stickers on her trash cans.
This will be the third time that I have had my trash not picked up. Then when you call it always we will get it picked up today or tomorrow. That’s is a COMPLETE LIE!!!! They must have this on a card because it always the same. There should be a discount somewhere when they do this. A 1 star rating doesn’t change the fact that they have horrible service. I wanted to report the driver but they didn’t even ask for the name or anything. Complete disappointment.
Always on time, driver always honks at my son
Just moved in. Trash can was supposed to be delivered Thursday, but wasn't. Called Friday and was promised I'd have it by the end of the day. Nope. Called numerous times before closing on Saturday. It just went straight to voice mail every time so I've got a ton of trash from the move and nowhere to put it.
