Didn't pick up trash this week and when I called the truck came down or street flying down the road and didn't pick it up and Blue trying to call and just getting a voicemail
keep missing pickups on 300 block on east 10th in San Angelo. Call to report, but on get voice mail recording.
I have to call every week to remind them to pick up my trash. I am disabled and feel I am being targeted because I have called each week. I checked the neighbor's cans and they got their trash picked up over 5 hours ago...I am quite upset!
In my first email requesting service, I put all the dates I needed empty and returns and pick up. They only schedule the drop. I called and spoke to Brittney Bellsworth after the first missed empty and return. She was very helpful in fixing the problem and forward my original email with all the dates to her supervisor.
It is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at this place. Now I am being moved out of state and they are telling me I will be responsible for paying 60 days worth of trash collection due to not putting in a 60 day notice. Even though I could not ever get ahold of anyone at this place for the past few months. After being a loyal customer for nearly 4 years this is how they treat you. Definitely utilize a different service if you can. I will never use this place again.
