The dumpster service is reliable and efficient. Advance pickup reminders and post pickup notices they provide are appreciated. However, the strength of this company lies in the personalized account manager service. I had an issue with an invoice and....along came Katie. Not only did she resolve that issue she wrote a new contract, which I couldn't refuse. I'm so glad she has my account and is listening to customers. It's nice to know that I have a real contact with someone that cares. Thank you Katie!!

10/10 - Looks like we all feel the same about Katie! AMAZING! I reached out this morning for a concern and she took care of it, with solutions, immediately! I called Republic Services as our bill had increased. I spoke with Catherine Graham and she was extremely helpful she new exactly what to do and i had an email within minutes with new rates and even a credit. Such great customer service is why i stick with Republic Services. Thanks Catherine.
