Our account representative was very helpful with clearing up some confusion with our bill. She was very clear in explaining the information and helping us come to an agreeable contract. Their dumpster service has been great and we have been pleased with our service.
This company is a disaster and is completely untrustworthy. They have a myriad of hidden fees, such as a fuel fee that changes every month (and they won’t tell you how much it will be), with extremely high surprise bills that just keep coming. It was far, far more expensive than originally quoted. The website is also completely dysfunctional and there is no communication about delayed or rescheduled trash pickups.
