Bobby G Pets - Matt and Rachael

Bobby G. Pets - Reptile House is new to the Martinsburg WV area and we picked Republic Service for our commercial space. Katie was assigned to our account and let me tell you, she has been answering ALL my questions (very timely) and helping us through the setting up/changing of service plan/online help like a pro! She has been fantastic to work with and making this process very seamless. Eventually it will all flow smoothly but she has been there for all the initial questions and future one!

Katie went above and beyond to help me with a billing issue. She was always patient, helpful, and willing to explain everything, even when I had to call multiple times. I appreciate her excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you, Katie!
