I’ve never experienced so many problems in only having their service for 1 MONTH. First, I was told trash pickup was on Wednesday’s when I started service, which ended up being wrong as they pickup on Mondays. Second, I’ve had 2 missed pickups already. And today was the last straw as they COMPLETELY took my whole can away for no reason at all. Save yourself the trouble and go with Apple Valley Waste 😒😒

I've used a dumpster provided by Republic Services for over 3 years. The team that picks up the trash is always prompt and very professional. Just recently interacted with Catherine Graham and it was a pleasure working out a new 3 year contract with her assistance. I would definitely recommend their services.

The dumpster service is reliable and efficient. Advance pickup reminders and post pickup notices they provide are appreciated. However, the strength of this company lies in the personalized account manager service. On the few occasions I have worked with Katie Graham regarding our service, her sincere interest in quick and favorable resolution has been clearly evident. Though this trait stands out on its own, it really shines compared to the unfavorable lack of customer focused attention we endured for the past several years... read more
