I have never in my life given some place a negative review. However, today is the day. We started with republic in June of 2024 it started out fine for the first 3-4 months then it all fell apart. From that point we never had our trash picked up unless we called to report they had missed us. I have called to be reimbursed because they have missed my house every Monday of the month. I ordered a 20 yard open top container on Oct 15th and was supposed to be dropped off on the 20th. I've roughly spent almost 3 hours between 2 days on hold, or being transferred to others. I even spoke with a Senior Advisor this morning saying I was a top priority and would call me back. I've heard nothing back and am currently on the phone AGAIN. This has put me 2 days behind in moving and I feel like I am being held hostage. Also during the time on hold I can play that stupid song on guitar now.
Terrible service all the way around. Community has not been picked up in almost 3 weeks. Closed out service a month ago and still have 34 cans that are sitting in the community from the negligence of Republic. They should shut down
Republic does not pick up our trash in Sweetser when they say they will. We were given updates by a rep saying it would be picked up Monday afternoon and we are now on Thursday and still no pick up. Do not hire Republic for your trash services! There is only one consistency and it is they never pick up on time.
If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!! This company is absolutely HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!! Our trash DOESN'T get picked up more than it does!!!!!! This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!! There's times our trash would only get picked up once the whole month! It doesn't matter if you make a report nothing gets done!
