I have gotten 3 bulk pick ups in my years living in Boise. If you live in the county you get unlimited amounts of trash haul away for free. But in the city you get per item 6. 6 items per year. My stove broke so I called for a pick up, last min I had these items pictured not be able to fit in my can so I put them on top of the stove hoping they would be nice And take them too. Ali was so helpful in replacing one of our damaged trash cans! Her customer service is 10/10. I was so pleased to have had such a positive interaction. Bravo Ali!
Not a huge fan of their customer service. A wheel fell off of my elderly father's trash can. Not repairable. I was told 10 days to receive a new can. Apparently he is supposed to drag it around until then. I now have a hand truck ratchet strapped to it to help him out. The meridian facility is 2 miles away. I offered to come pick one up. I was told they don't offer such services?

Driver dumped trash all over the road and just left it! I called the office and they sent Someone out the clean it up. The peraon picked up the trash and placed it in the recycling container, not wven their employees can tell the difference in containers. Also left trash in my front yard. Not the way to take care of our city Republic Services. Pictures for proof
