Horrible. They Charge Removal Fee For Customers To Return Their Trash Cans and in less that 30 days they will triple bill you for them. They can't prorate a bill Supposedly. They Can't Schedule A Discontinuation Of Service 60 days In Advance tell you to call back in 30 days. Yet they can keep raising your trash rates at Whim, but have multiple miss dates, with multiple excuses, truck down, driver short etc. make make up dates they don't follow through with but want your money on time. If I could give this place a 0 I would gladly. Where do I start.. Constantly missing trash day pick ups. I call and they don’t come till 3 days later. They charge you for mandatory recycling, they charge you to pick up your bins. You can’t drop them off yourself. Prices constantly going up. I had my account closed cause I had to replace my debit card. I got no call, text or email about it. Only knew from a collection agency calling to settle a bill. I am leaving Republic after 30 years. They are the most expensive trash service in New Castle County and their service has seriously declined over the past 18 months. Missed pickups, partial pickups and non response to complaints has pushed me to transfer to a new service
Terrible service. Don't do business with them!
