I signed up for trash and recycling service at my home. Quarterly costs is variable ~$120-160 due to “fuel surcharge.” Pickup service is irregular with delays and sometimes there is no weekly pickup. This summer, I’ve received a text almost every week saying my pickup service is delayed, or the truck doesn’t show up. Republic doesn’t not adhere to their end of the contract that they make you sign, and I am not receiving the service for which I’m paying ~$600/yr. 3 of your employees including a supervisor lied to me saying you'd pick up our trash after missing for 2 weeks. This is how you treat a customer of 6 years?? I'm ready to cancel service and never EVER come back
Absolutely horrible service. They miss almost every week, make you reschedule even though it is their fault, won't give refunds for missed service. They lie to you when you finally reach someone and say the truck is on the way. Do not use them. Worst service I have ever had.
Totally unreliable pick up. You cannot reach a local office and call center is useless.
