TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN!!! We ordered the start of the new service on the 25th of September. They told us that we would be recieving our cans on the 1st. and that pick up would start on the 2nd. Nothing happened so we called on both the 1st. and 2nd. to let them know we never recieved our cans. They reassured me that we would receive them on the 5th, but guess what happened? Nothing! Would give 0 if possible. They’re absolutely terrible and the drivers are extremely rude. We had a bag sitting outside the trash can that he refused to take. I offered to put it in the can when he was done dumping it and asked if he could just do it again. He refused then blocked my truck in for 10 minutes simply to be rude.
Horrible. They Charge Removal Fee For Customers To Return Their Trash Cans and in less that 30 days they will triple bill you for them. They can't prorate a bill Supposedly. They Can't Schedule A Discontinuation Of Service 60 days In Advance tell you to call back in 30 days. Yet they can keep raising your trash rates at Whim, but have multiple miss dates, with multiple excuses, truck down, driver short etc. make make up dates they don't follow through with but want your money on time. If I could give this place a 0 I would gladly. Where do I start.. Constantly missing trash day pick ups. I call and they don’t come till 3 days later. They charge you for mandatory recycling, they charge you to pick up your bins. You can’t drop them off yourself. Prices constantly going up. I had my account closed cause I had to replace my debit card. I got no call, text or email about it. Only knew from a collection agency calling to settle a bill.
