I am leaving Republic after 30 years. They are the most expensive trash service in New Castle County and their service has seriously declined over the past 18 months. Missed pickups, partial pickups and non response to complaints has pushed me to transfer to a new service

Worst trash company in DE
Consistent missed pick ups!!! Call to customer service will pick up the next day, No Pick up! Call customer service they informed me I can pay $109 for a special pick up! Meanwhile, trash cans are completely full sitting in the street. Trash is building up in the garage because there’s nowhere to put it. This company, evidently believes customer service is an abstract concept… Don’t waste your money with these fools!
