WORST COMPANY EVER!!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! After a years of having Republic, we finally decided to ditch this awful company and June 27th was our last day with them. Once again, Republic Services of Telford skipped past my house during pickup on Monday, May 19, 2025. This after Republic promised this would not happen again. After last month, 5 times in a row, skipped past my house. Again. Congratulations, you are the absolute worst!
On April 17, 2025, my trash was not picked up. This isn't unusual for Thursdays, often I have to call and remind Republic that I am a resident, that my house is occupied, that my garbage needs to be picked up. And my recycling is never skipped, only the garbage. Mitzi told me my garbage would be picked up Friday, the 18th. I left my garbage outside, no trees, no bushes to block it, my car was not there on Friday the 18th because I was not home. UPDATED: Travis is still an absolute awesome person to work with after all these years! He is very responsive whenever I need something and is always quick to help resolve an issue if one comes out (which is honestly seldom). You have a definite asset in Travis!
