Seriously? Picking up trash at 2:43 AM on Monday Labor Day. What a joke nothing like waking up the whole house. Reporting this to the township as well. Every dog in the neighborhood is barking right now.

I am extremely disappointed with Republic Services and the level of service we have received. At this point, a missed pickup feels like a regular occurrence rather than an exception. We have had approximately 8–10 missed pickups already in 2026, and each time it becomes another struggle of calling customer service, explaining the situation again, and trying to get someone to actually come out and remove our trash. Republic bought our old trash company, LECK. We only lasted 2 months with Republic before needing to switch to a new company. The impersonal and cold interactions were disappointing after 10 years with a lovely company, LECK. Suddenly overage fees were added, fuel costs rose 30%, and monthly service rose 20%. Very poor customer service that was impersonal at best and voicemails/robots at worst.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS. THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS. THEY AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR CONTRACT WITHOUT WARNING. I've spent multiple hours over the last month or so simply trying to cancel my account. They are more then double the price of other providers. At this point its been probably 10 phone calls, and 10 or so emails. It seems its impossible to cancel. At this point I've moved the dumpster and will put a stop payment on my credit card for them.
