New service was suppose to begin, they dropped off can and Never picked up. I was told they couldn’t come down my lane. I was told my deposit would be refunded, it was not! They have even continued billing me and have sent my account to Collections. Do Not Use!
I been with these guys for years never a problem. BUT now for about 5 months or so there not picking up our trash. Recycling gets picked up and our trash sits i call they tell me there coming to get it I call again then they say Monday I can't have the trash sit out all week I need to have a trash can for our trash .. WHY is this WHY I'm at the point I think I should have a 3 months free service
The only service you'll get using Republic Services of Telford is gross inompetence. It takes 10 calls to get a dumpster emptied. I don't think they ever emptied a dumpster on the day they scheduled, but they mark it as picked up in the system. It's just a horrible and awful experience. Stay far away if you are in need of your trash actually being collected.
We recently scheduled to have our broken trash can replaced. They gave us a date that the can would be swapped for a new one. They ended up coming a day earlier, so we didn’t have it out at the road yet like requested. The gentleman that did the swap not only walked up to the house to get the old broken can for us, he loaded the new replacement one with trash that we had piled by the house for the next pick-up. This employee went above and beyond when he could have easily driven by when he didn’t see the old can by the road.
So you want to complain about customers that you serve? Why bc your company is incompetent and lazy to pick people’s trash up bc the borough wants to save money? What gave your company the right to take a photo of my house yard and cars which is all private property? I will be talking to an attorney to since your workers love to throw the buckets at my cars and chip paint and you will be now paying for new paint jobs.
