Poor reviews are accurate. Incompetent company and employees. People who actually do pick up are acceptable. Corporate is horrible. I have a broken recycling bin that I have requested be replaced. 4 times they said they would come and replace but they don't. I have pickup every Thursday but person on phone insisted they pick up every Tuesday. Every time I bring down pail, leave for replacement and they never come. I guess I'll continue to use the broken pail. Unbelievable.
Absolutely horrendous residential service. They did not pick up all my trash and I called four times to reschedule and they lie and never show up!
Absolutely ZERO customer service! We are moving and need to cancel service. So far I have been on the phone 3 different "customer service reps" none of which who were able to cancel service! How is that possible? It has been over an hour that I have been calling, getting transferred and ultimately disconnected JUST to cancel service bc we are moving. I don't care how good you are at trash pick up, if you can't provide your customers with a human being to cancel service in less than an hour something is seriously wrong with y... read more
