This is the worst company for customer service. Have been working on increasing my service with them for over a year. After speaking to my rep bi-weekly for a year she has only messed my order, but now is billing me for something I have never received. Never use this company.
Like the other 1 star reviews I am also going to start shopping for another trash provider. After a few days of my dumpster not getting emptied I called to see why. Apparently my wife's truck was not over far enough and they would have had to drive on the grass a few inches off the driveway. They never even tried to knock or even pull in the driveway, just a quick look and nah I ain't even going to try thought. I was told they would come out and dump it but I would have to pay for an extra dump, I already pay to have it dump... read more
Missed my pick up so many time.
If you want to pay top dollar for trash and recycling that’s missed every other week, this is the company for you.
I have paid for service yet they will not pick up my trash. I called everyday last week and even spoke to several managers to request service. I was promised each day that it would be picked up the following day. Two weeks later and still no trash pick up! I definitely do not recommend this trash service. Very disappointed:-(
