UPDATED: Travis is still an absolute awesome person to work with after all these years! He is very responsive whenever I need something and is always quick to help resolve an issue if one comes out (which is honestly seldom). You have a definite asset in Travis! This is a company who completely disregards safety. Last week, I was walking my newborn child in a stroller and large dog in my neighborhood when one of their trucks proceeded to back up the wrong way down the street. Despite walking with a large 80 pound dog and a stroller (it was impossible to not see us), the driver continued to back up. If I had not picked up my stroller and drug my dog onto the grass, they would have run us over. To say this was terrifying would be an understatement. My recycles were not picked up and I was strung along for days. Afterwards, I was advised by a local associate in the Telford office that their drivers wouldn’t come until Monday. The local associate should be fired for her terrible manners and handling of the situation.
