I only wish I had actually listened to the poor reviews and ratings and avoided Republic Services. If you want to know how bad it is just check out their website. Most of the functions auto-pay; service schedule; etc etc don't work. If the public use website doesn't work, it's obvious the service itself will be horrendous - and it is. Garbage company that won’t actually pick up your garbage. Stay far far away if you are a business owner with garbage disposal needs.
This company… who uses third party customer service center, had been charging my company for non pickups for over a year when the town had beeen picking up my garbage. You may ask why I didn’t know this… I own an office that was closed on the day of said service. Then they wanted to charge me over 700 to cancel when they had already collected on 600 in unused pick ups. Aweful.
