Amanda Paschke at Republic Services is among the highest levels of customer service a company can achieve. She is transparent and reliable. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Anytime I have had to reach out to Republic, I have received great customer service. Rob Perrotti is my direct contact.....he is always quick to respond, polite and takes action if there is an issue. I have also recently spoken with Angela a couple of times and she was extremely helpful as well.
I would like to THANK Sara Hanbury for helping us with our business account. She went above and beyond to assist us even though she was losing us as a customer (due to property management changes). We will be using Sara in our other businesses.
We always got quick responses and professionalism from Sarah Hanbury- even on late afternoons on Friday's. Republic is always there to ensure our cans are where we need them on the jobsite and picks them when asked.
