Anytime I have had to reach out to Republic, I have received great customer service. Rob Perrotti is my direct contact.....he is always quick to respond, polite and takes action if there is an issue. I have also recently spoken with Angela a couple of times and she was extremely helpful as well.
I would like to THANK Sara Hanbury for helping us with our business account. She went above and beyond to assist us even though she was losing us as a customer (due to property management changes). We will be using Sara in our other businesses.
We always got quick responses and professionalism from Sarah Hanbury- even on late afternoons on Friday's. Republic is always there to ensure our cans are where we need them on the jobsite and picks them when asked.
As a long term customer we've always appreciated Republic's responsiveness to our needs and most especially Sarah Hanbury our new Associate Account Manager. She reached out to us on her own directly to ensure our service plan met our needs and at a very competitive pricing schedule. She's a great representative of Republic Services and the mangers should give her a pat on the back for her great work!
