I've made 3 calls to have 3 pieces of furniture (small) picked up in front of my house. So what they do? They picked up stuff from the wrong house. It's been about 2 weeks at least. There's stuff on this block that have been sitting for longer than that. They didn't bother with the other houses just the wrong house. Im about ready to load this stuff myself and dump it on their property. Very incompetent people.
Very disappointed. We haven’t had our trash picked up in over a week even though we’re scheduled for pickup three days a week. I’ve called our rep multiple times with no response, emailed with no response, and even contacted a supervisor—still nothing. Republic acquired us when they purchased Leck, and the service has been terrible ever since. I would never hire this company and hope we can get out of our contract as soon as possible.
Very consistent with their pick ups. Costomer service is great..
The worst trash service I have ever had. They are probably running a front or scam. They never respond to customer concern. You would think our townships would care more than this and hire better service. They never come on time and completely skipped only our trash this time. Why I have no clue !
Incompetent customer service people who don't speak English it's crazy work
