The worst trash service I have ever had. They are probably running a front or scam. They never respond to customer concern. You would think our townships would care more than this and hire better service. They never come on time and completely skipped only our trash this time. Why I have no clue !
Incompetent customer service people who don't speak English it's crazy work
Is this a great type of customer service that we get at Willingboro township Mr Peter would not take additional garbage that I had and I was trying to put inside the garbage can he need to be fire if he doesn’t like his job he should get a different job
Even trying to remove their service has been unreliable. If you’re in the Philly market use anyone but them.
Worst customer service ever. Complete lack of accountability. Last week their trash truck demolished my can. It's clearly not functional. I have been trying to get it rectified since 1/28/26. The company has completely ignored and lied to me. When I did eventually get hold of someone I was told the replacement was coming today, 2/3. I called today to confirm and was told no replacement until 2/9. They also refuse to give me the direct contact information of someone to hold accountable.
