STAY AWAY ‼‼ HORRIBLE COMPANY ‼‼ THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THE TRASH THEY ARE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME. NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY HAD TO GIVE ME OVER $500 worth of credits for constant charges for services they weren’t doing!!!!!!! SCUM OF A COMPANY. Horrible trash employees , with nasty horrible attitudes. If I can give this place 0 stars I would they are scheduled to pick up our trash twice a week they miss a day like every other month then our dumpster is over full and rodents get into it then i have a mess to clean up on top of the mess they normally leave because they wont pick up shit then they wanna charge you extra because its over full. I've made 3 calls to have 3 pieces of furniture (small) picked up in front of my house. So what they do? They picked up stuff from the wrong house. It's been about 2 weeks at least. There's stuff on this block that have been sitting for longer than that. They didn't bother with the other houses just the wrong house. Im about ready to load this stuff myself and dump it on their property. Very incompetent people.
Very disappointed. We haven’t had our trash picked up in over a week even though we’re scheduled for pickup three days a week. I’ve called our rep multiple times with no response, emailed with no response, and even contacted a supervisor—still nothing. Republic acquired us when they purchased Leck, and the service has been terrible ever since. I would never hire this company and hope we can get out of our contract as soon as possible.
Very consistent with their pick ups. Costomer service is great..
