Our business is scheduled for 2 times/week pick up. "Due to unforeseen circumstances," pick-up was delayed and Republic never showed up. I completely understand this can happen, no big deal. The issue I have is I have had to call 4 or 5 times and the issue is still not rectified. Two photos are attached to this review. I would give zero stars if I could. As a business owner I have been dealing with Republic for over ten years. They never come when they should; often they miss a week. I am constantly on them to pick up my trash. I have tried to be extremely nice reminding them I need trash pickup to no avail. So beyond over this. I am over the moon that in short order I will no longer need their services. The worst customer service ever and I have dealt with alot businesses through the years.
I am a commercial customer going on 4 years now. I receive consistently good service from Republic Services. Occasionally there is a problem but it's usually handled. I run a business and it's impossible to have 1000% perfect efficiency everyday. Sometimes problem occur and just roll with it. My driver is excellent as well!
