Terrible and combative call center personnel. Can't even call the local office. Wind blew over can while I was at work so it wasn't picked up. I picked it all up that night and set at curb and called to get a pick up like I had done in the past before they bought out Allied Waste. They refused and said that the driver will not get out of the truck despite a force of nature causing the can to blow over.
