We received a postcard notice from republic in November of 2020 to inform us that our pick up day was switching from Fridays to Wednesdays beginning Dec. 7th. Ever since Dec 7th 2020, it's been horrible service. Gave us the wrong day on the postcard. We called them to report missed pickup and they tell us our garbage day is now Mondays. So, Monday comes and goes, no pickup. We call to report a missed pickup and tell us we are priority pick up on Tuesday. Still no pick up. Truck operator overfilled his front tilt hopper then dumped the hopper putting recycles all over the street! The operator just drove away after looking out the truck at his mess!

This is the third time my trash has been sitting by the road for over two days. They missed a pickup and now just keep promising they’ll be here but it’s nothing but lies. They promise to call back. More lies. The absolute worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is clueless...they have no business dealing with public. They sure don’t have a problem taking your money though. Stay far away from this company.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this company, they’ve handled everything fine. Today though, my son was waving at a man in the garbage truck and he honked his horn for him. It made that little 4 year olds day. So, thanks for being great to my little guy, means more than you know.

worst customer service ever experienced with their call centers. you can never get a local person to call you back either. The company does not care about the customer, just profits. they are not and have never been someone that will work with you. look elsewhere for garbage service.
