Always missing pickups. Nobody ever calls back after complaints. Will say they will come the next day and trash will sit out all day and they don't come. Rates have gone up a lot and the service has gotten a lot worse.

Trey is an awesome roll off driver. He has great attention to detail and obviously takes a lot of pride in his job. Has a great attitude and you never see him without a smile. The world would be a better place if everyone in the service industry was like trey.

Hands down the absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with for any product or service. After many years of what seemed to be fairly reliable service, this past spring, summer, and fall (2022), their residential pickup services became increasingly erratic. Rather than weekly pickup, they’d come every 2-3 weeks after repeatedly missing their promised make-up days. Of course, they still billed us the same quarterly amount. I give two stars because: Pros: 1) With the exception of one time, my trash and recycling were always picked up. 2) They were fairly easy to deal with over the phone if I ever needed anything. 3) I understand with staffing issues things happen. Cons: 1) Over the past two years, I would say that they were late picking up my trash/recycling than they were on time. 2) One time they never picked up my recycling in a whole cycle. 3) I would have complained about the overall service but I really felt like no one would have really ... read more
