Been over a month and still waiting for the right bin to be delivered. Missed the delivery four times and each time, I received a "it's been rescheduled" email after I followed up. They also missed collecting trash 2 out of 5 weeks. Asked for an escalation but it's been ignored.
Horrible. Signed up for service (Fairfax, VA). They brought one recycling bin and started to bill me immediately. When I called asking where my trash container was, they said they were out of stock. They could not give me any estimate. Just said it could be next week, could be next year. But I can buy my own container or just carry all my trash bags to the end of my driveway each week. I see why they’re negative reviews a lot. Their customer service is so awful. I just don’t understand why we have to call to cancel the service. Additionally every time my wife calls them, it’s mostly hung up about 30min later or 1hour waiting. We left our cans outside for over 3weeks they never picked up
We called for a replacement for our broken trash can and were promised a new one would be delivered when they picked up the old one. It has now been two weeks since they took our broken can, and we still have not received the replacement. We've been forced to store all of our garbage bags in our garage because we have nowhere else to put them. They were good when they started, but are just awful now. I cancelled service after they broke one can and spilled the other without cleaning. They are supposed to pick up the cans after cancellation, but have missed 4 pickups so far and are trying to charge me for the missing cans. Stay far away from them. Update - another missed pick up, asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call me, but it is a week later and no call. Emailed the CEO, and no response.
