Four weeks in a row now that my trash pickup has been missed. Customer service reps are easy to work with to get a pickup scheduled for the next day, but the truck never came to pick up the trash! Just this past week the regular service was missed on Mon 10/20, pickup scheduled for Wed 10/22 never happened, called again and was scheduled for Fri 10/24 but again the truck never came to pick up my trash! Been over a month and still waiting for the right bin to be delivered. Missed the delivery four times and each time, I received a "it's been rescheduled" email after I followed up. They also missed collecting trash 2 out of 5 weeks. Asked for an escalation but it's been ignored.
