We've had them for commercial dumpster service for a good 7 years now, and though they come consistently, their billing is deceptive and devious. They'll have you sign a contract for an agreed certain amount and then after 6 months they'll just arbitrarily raise your rate by as much as 30% per month. I'll contact them to complain, and then they'll lower it back to where it was, just to do it again in another 4 to 6 months. I have to acknowledge our account rep, Derek. Though hiccups will occur with our service at times, he is incredibly responsive and incredibly helpful. While no one is perfect, Derek does such an excellent job making sure we are taken care of.
Wow! I can totally see why this joke of a company has a 2 STAR RATING! Driver almost caused an accident in Hooksett about 20 minutes ago and proceeded to give ME the finger! I had to lock up my brakes with all my children in the car! Then when you attempt to report anyone you literally cannot get a human on the phone! This idiot needs his license revoked!
