Our company had an issue with the pickup times of our Republic dumpster. Our account Manager, Crystal F. could not have been more responsive and helpful. Republic is willing to work with it's customers in all matters.
These reviews are laughable and obviously fake. I have multiple contracts with this company, correction HAD!! The reps are horrible, the pickups get delayed every week due to strikes and they raise the prices even though youre in a contract? I wouldn't let these people clean up my dogs crap!!! THE WORST TRASH COMPANY BY FAR!!! I WILL BE CALLING WASTE MANAGEMENT!! Much better pricing, wayyyyy better customer support and the service isnt even comparable!!! Disgustingly unprofessional company
Free 5:30am wake up calls whether you want them or not. Not afraid to violate the law to make a buck. Highly recommended as form of low-grade, long-term psychological torture.
I swear the guy who picks up my recycle container only checks mine. Then he likes to drop my container, seems on purpose knocked over. I asked him if he checks everyone's recycle, and he said "yes". But my cams show different. It's pretty funny when someone knows someone thats employed at waste republic what they'll do for a friend. Gotta love the favors done!!! We are not stupid, and know why you're doing what you're doing. Grow up and have a mind of your own!
