212 N 3rd St danville KY at least twice a month they do not pick up my trash for whatever the reason. From now on I'm going to leave my cans on the curb until they do empty them. I wouldn't even give you all one star. Well it's the next day and I called him yesterday they said they would be here today to get the trash. Do you think they came. No ooooo.
For years, I was able to schedule bulk pick up for up to five items per week without paying a fee. Then they raised the price to a $25 fee per pickup. Not great, but fine, whatever. I just got off the phone with customer service, and the employee shared with me that now there is a 1 item limit per pick up and its a $25 fee PER ITEM.
so do you guys just not pick up trash ?
