If it would let me give them a zero I would. I called and canceled my service that I had had for several years. Talked to three different people at different times each one told me they would cancel it out as of the first date I called in then they started billing me for the month that I didn’t have service at all yet the trash buggy set there for three months then they finally come picked it up. Not very phone friendly or understanding that life happens especially at the loss of a spouse. Yet we've worked through it. Overall their a good Company.
