Seems like a common issue here, price keeps going up and up with no explanation just a bill, then I have been trying to cancel my services since Monday and it is now Thursday, I have wasted hours on the phone being on hold waiting to talk to their "sales" department, just a joke.

Fast and efficient way to dispose of trash. Cost effective if you live in the city of Holland and have free dump coupons to use. Love that the dumpsters are at ground level so you don't have to fling large things up and over the side - just throw them in.

1 star is too much for this company, but it won’t let me give a 0. We have been with republic for over 4 years, each quarter the cost goes up with no indication or warning. I have tried contacting them for the last month about canceling my service, no one answers! I have waited for over an hour on the phone multiple times and have left my number for a call back, it doesn’t happen. I have had late pick ups, missed pickups, with zero communication. Company completely sucks

Service has been okay but the customer service experience has been terrible. Ridiculously long wait times to talk to somebody. First call today waited 45 minutes to talk to someone and was disconnected. Called later today and waited about 20 minutes. Also disappointing that they don't pro rate seasonal services like yard waste removal. I'd seek another service if it's available in your area.
