They have no problem collecting my money, but they cannot seem to figure out how to consistently collect my TRASH! The whole point of me paying them is to pick up the trash. At least once a month (often every other week), my trash is left at the curb. Today I was home when the truck came by, and I watched out my window as they collected my neighbor’s trash and then blasted right past my bin at the curb. No rhyme or reason to their laziness! They don’t pick up your trash when they’re supposed to and putting in for a missed pick up is useless. They’ve missed me multiple times for a whole week and they will still charge you the full amount. They will randomly keep raising your rates. Do not recommend them for trash service.
If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE amount of stars I absolutely would!!! This is BY FAR the WORST company ever. They have the rudest and least understanding people that work the phones, and they just recently split the schedule up between trash and recycling (which is just ridiculous so now we all have to remember 2 days a week to put out the bins, but oh wait! the recycling is only every other week!).
