I've called every single day this week And tried every option on their menu to talk to someone and every time I've been on hold for 40+ minutes. Absolutely terrible costumer service.
Stay away! The most terrible customer service. They are way more expensive than their competitors and make it almost impossible to cancel service. You have been warned.
The worse company i have ever dealt with. They double charged me, doubled my rate, lied to me, and refused to give me a refund. Use any other company
