Very bad service people in this company, they will not even answer your questions when you got in their stove in Framingham MA
I suggest looking elsewhere. Their customer service is very lacking. On one occasion Nate ordered and delivered an incorrect product then insisted that’s what we had ordered. Even recounting a conversation that never happened. On another occasion we worked with Kerry to figure out a vanity. She repeatedly pointed out how unfortunate the design of our bathroom was. Do not waste your time! I’m general Contractor with 18 years dealing with supplier. Republic Plumbing supply is the worst! No regards to the customers needs other than the customer money. They have no interest in your questions about the parts and materials that you want TO BUY from them. If you DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY what you need, They make no effort to help, guide or show you the possibilities. Customer service has no value at that place!
