Terrible- closed an hour before they were supposed to and when I called customer service they said come back tomorrow and hung up on me.
Parked here for almost an entire day with no theft or damage. If parking with a validation from FRS Clipper, insert the first ticket you received when entering and then the second discount one.. I ended up parking completely free.
I parked my car here for several days while I took the Clipper to Victoria. My car was fine - nothing damaged or stolen. I made sure to put everything in my trunk and I parked on L2 which was busier. Based on other reviews I exited on level 5 which had a staffed booth and I'm glad I did. My ticket didn't scan correctly and they had to manually enter my arrival time (after calling over a manager). Just back from an Alaskan cruise and found items stolen from our car. Probably at least 2000$ worth. Only booked them because they advertised they patrol the garage 24/7- ha that’s a joke!!! Do not use this garage- it’s very dark and it has signs where people on cruises park- great info for thieves. Do not book a reservation here!!!!!
