Along with many traditional cupcakes flavors we like to step outside the box, as it were. Have you ever had a Thai Curry Pumpkin Cupcake? What about a Mac 'n' Cheese Cupcake? These are some of the more unusual cupcakes you'll find at Republic of Cake. If we are known for one cupcake, it would be "Sam's Very Messy Chocolate Cupcake". Wonderful cupcakes...I particularly love the Neapolitan. Friendly service is the icing on the (cup) cake.
Love their cupcakes here. Would drive 30mins for it.
The original owners sold the place at the end of 2016, but the cake has stayed pretty good. I mostly buy the mini packs at small markets around the Bay, and they do not disappoint!
