The sales woman was very rude, and originally told us a flat all inclusive price, but then once we were interested in purchasing a certain unit... started talking about added fees. When we told her we would need to think about it, she was very condescending.
I got to start working here a little less than a month ago and I love the changes that are being made to smoothen the process out more for a better client experience. Cheers and come on in and ask for mike!
Dakota has met every expectation I had and more. She has been extremely thorough and honest through this process. I can not express my gratitude enough for her and her team.
We were very interested in purchasing a home until they were unable to find any land to build the home on, we have been waiting for our $1000.00 deposit refund for over 2 weeks now, and just get told to call other people regarding the return, nobody is helpful and they act like we are bothering them regarding our money, I would strongly advise another option before contacting this place, and definitely do not give them a deposit.
We purchased our home back in January 2025, Mindy was great very sweet, kind and was on top of everything. After Mindy parted ways with Repulic that was when our nightmare started! Let me say we were promised the moon,and that everything was in order. So soon as we signed our contracts everything would get going. Wrong! Closing on our even got pushed back due to a Republic employee not knowing how to send a email to us for signatures.
