We purchased our home back in January 2025, Mindy was great very sweet, kind and was on top of everything. After Mindy parted ways with Repulic that was when our nightmare started! Think real hard before buying anything from this place, after months of misery dealing with the weatherford office finally granbury office took over and things started looking up. Until the very end. Their contractor (RMR) does horrible work. Used silicone on drywall cracks roof ridge wasn’t put on properly 2 months into being in the house the septic started leaking. When we 1st started looking for our new home, we came here because of the little home. Chris (GM) came right out at took Great care of us, showing us several ones and didn't mind a bit.
