Terrible customer service. Nearly lost out on a contract due to the negligence of the staff and the sheer lack of communication and accountability of the sales associates. Thankfully we found a dealer who took over and cleaned up the mess Republic Homes created. Calls and messages going unreturned for weeks. If you have a deadline to meet, do not even entertain the idea of hiring Republic Homes Weatherford, you will be let down. Don’t fall for the “we will work hard for you” scheme. They do not work hard.
Weatherford location has been there for decades. If you’re looking for a lot of variety in manufactured or modular homes, then this is the company to talk to. As an independent retailer, they have access to almost every major brand of manufactured home. Need land? They can help with that. Already have Land? Perfect! I can't recommend Lindsay enough! She is very knowledgeable and patient walking you through all of the different options. One thing I really appreciate about her is that if she doesn't know something she isn't going to b.s. you about it, she will tell you that she doesn't know but she will find out the correct answer for you which is rare in a salesperson and highly appreciated
