do not be fooled by this company like i was.they took 2 months to pay me on two gold lots! they lost one of my silver lots. they then took 3 months to pay me on my other two silver lots. they are rude and hard to deal with!!! stay away!!
The customer service was great. The whole transaction was great. I was in desperate need of money. They paid higher than anyone else and it was FAST.
After dealing with this refiner for over 20 years, I can say that there is nobody better in the industry. They're fast, efficient, professional, curteous and my their lab and accuracy are second to none. It's worth the trip to Miami to deal with RMC.
