Britt and the entire Republic Harley Davidson team were outstanding. I bought my first Harley a 2018 Trike and couldn’t be more pleased. I am returning the trike for service this week and have had multiple contacts from the service department about that visit already. I would highly recommend anyone to visit here if you are looking to buy a Harley.
I do not recommend service at this dealer. My husband is a motorcycle police officer. Today he was stranded on the side of the freeway due to bike issues. He called for a road side pick up and they said they were too busy and could not assist him. However, he was told that they could pick him up Saturday. Ok, seriously! Sit on the side of the road until Saturday. The dealer has been calling week after week hounding him to bring in his bike for additional service (to generate revenue), because they are slow.
