Republic keeps more desired used motorcycles on their website that they don't have available. Once you arrive to view that moorcycle they will attempt to sell you a different motorcycle. I.just turned around and walked out. Any business that is this dishonest about what they are selling isn't a trustworthy business. The bike in question is still showing availabe on their website.

Scott, our inventory feeds directly from our inventory system to our website, then our staff takes pictures of the bikes here on-premise for the listing. It's a fluid situation that is always subject to prior sale, but they are available. On a regular basis, we update and remove the sold from our website. These guys came with the right price and really worked to make the deal a good one. There was a hick up or two with the add ons but they have come through and are all great guys. Don Strouse is the man! He has come through and is a man of his word. Jerry in service is great as well. I highly recommend these guys!

They are very unorganized, unprofessional, and deceitful. They will delay pickup of a bike until it’s convenient for them, and then still make you wait around all day. They won’t have anything ready or prepared, or even know where your bike is located. They will sell a new bike and then say they can’t find the title, and have to apply for a lost title on a brand new bike. I took a riding class over this weekend with Jonathan and it was very good!!!! I strongly recommend this class and the instructor. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpfull. I had few friends who took the class elsewhere and were dissapointed and had a bad experience. I cant wait until advanced classes are offered! Thank you for this great opportunity! 💖

Tony (Pre - owned) is very dishonest. I spoke with him about what I was looking for. He stated that he had a few models in stock. I told him that I live far away but am willing to drive there to see the bikes and he said ok. I get there a couple of hours later and ask for him. A salesman comes up and asks me if I have a trade? When it comes to warranty, they will do anything they can to not honor it. No consideration to customers repeating customers. None.

Nelson, the warranty is by Harley-Davidson Motor Company, not Republic Harley-Davidson. As such, we are required to follow their process to get warranty coverage. It definitely isn't us doing something to keep from honoring the warranty, and we take exception to you saying so. In order to get warranty coverage for your battery - it has to be run through the test on the Mid-Tronics tester that is provided to us by H-D.
