Wayne and his crew are awesome to work with. I had an oversized 2-car garage built, a patio cover removed and rebuilt, and a new driveway poured. I could not be happier. Note, the pictures were taken before the gutters were up but they are up now and look great!
Republic Garages recently built a stand-alone garage on our property in the front range. We selected a challenging site that required excavating into a sloped hill. We requested that the final product look like it blended in with out 30 year old house. Because of Jefferson County permit delays, the bulk of the construction occurred in the late fall and winter. Wayne gave us a quote, listened to all our special requests, made us a bunch of promises . . . and kept them all! Sarah is a pro with managing permits. We were uniformly impressed with every single subcontractor. Wow, what a great company.
We had an additional single car garage added to our existing 2-car garage. Our experience with Wayne and Republic Garages was outstanding. The quality of the work was top notch. Each subcontractor took the time to do things right and Wayne explained every step of the process. Wayne has the best crews and doesn't accept anything but top-quality work. From the design process, pricing and bid process, through construction, Wayne and his staff were fully transparent and made sure we always understood what next steps were.
Our experience with Wayne and Republic Garages was outstanding. The quality of the work was impressive. Each contractor took the time to do things right and Wayne explained every step of the process. I wish I had another garage to build just to work with Wayne and his crew!
