Take car to mechanic before purchasing!!! You'll be glad you did! I had a very bad experience there with the vehicle as well as the people! You call the shop and leave messages their never returned! Although I received some money back it wasn't nearly enough for the trouble I had to go to! BEWARE!!!
I had a very positive, and pleasurable experience! My sales person Mason was very efficient and friendly and got my loan taken care in very short time. Mason also answered my questions and addressed my needs involving purchasing my Tucson. Everyone made me feel very special and went to great measures to ensure I was happy. Updated pending remediation. Our experience with this dealership has been a series of problems from before we even drove the vehicle off the lot. Before taking possession, we had to argue with the dealership over something as basic as replacing a defective front light bulb. In hindsight, that should have been our indication of how issues would be handled after the sale.
