Been with this company for a long time have never ever had an issue about anything great company great people to work with.
My wife has a loan with them. I just tried to make an online pymt that was due a few days ago, and there is no access to payment processing. On their website, there is a place to send a question and a place to send a complaint. Neither of them work. You take the time to type up your concern, and when you push submit, it just sits there. So, you are forced to call in and deal with the employees. Most are polite. But a couple don't have a clue what they were talking about.
