Paid off loan on June 21, 2017 my personal check cleared June 23, 2017. I was told vehicle title would be sent as soon as check cleared bank. On July 6, 2017 I have not received title. Called Republic Fort Mill office and was told they hold title for 21 days! Employee should of given me that information at time of payoff. Company policy..... Never do business with them and their ripoff interest rates again.
