Staff is always friendly and professional. I've had nothing but a great experience every time.
We have used these people for years all of a sudden for the past couple months they have been very rude. They get ugly if you pay a day outside of the month. For example today is the 1st of December. Tried to pay note for November and they get ugly. My husband explained he’s a disabled veteran and only gets paid once a month. Manager tells him “That’s not my problem!” We will get them paid off and NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
