I recently had a concerning experience with Republic EMS that I feel compelled to share. During transport, I observed several significant issues that raised alarms about the quality of care provided. Firstly, the condition of the EMS captain's chairs was alarming. I like to shout out my two EMT at Republic EMS. Paramedic Monica & EMT Paul were very patient, friendly and gentle with transporting me from the urgent care/ER to the Emergency Hospital. I was feeling something awful, yet their service helped calm me and they delivered me safely. Unit 110.
I was transported by an amazing crew. Just can’t remember their names. My medication was left at the other hospital, and this crew went and got it for me, which is way above and beyond. Great guys and they had good things to say about the company. I am an EMS worker too and they were very kind and understanding of my situation! Thank you so much! You guys made my day!
We like to call Republic because they are friendly and nice. They always arrive with a smile and are glad to be there (or at least pretend to be). Kristina, the marketer in our area, is so sweet. She always comes back and says hello to everybody and asks if we need anything.
