No longer offers Orthodontic care. Was given a 30 day notice but they have nothing prepared. I am only a few months in and my son a year or so. We prepaid but cannot give an answer on when they are refunding funds $10K I am out. I keep calling and getting tossed back and forth to different people who are all blaming each other for miscommunication. I cannot start with new provider since they have our money. Love this place..all the employees are friendly and helpful..they answer all my questions and concerns .
Horrible!! They just stop doing ortho and send patients to another place without telling the patients they are NOT affiliated!! I went in to get my records and the office manager won’t be in all week! I wouldn’t want to show my face either!! Then the girl tries to accuse me of being the reason they do not refer patients to where I work when I have never even spoken to another dental office because that is not part of my job!! So unprofessional!!
