Very friendly and helpful tellers. Have been banking here for over 10 years.
If your worried about stay home and do online banking and ATM for cash. They are doing just fine here.
New male teller inside this bank branch (Darien) doesn't wear mask. It makes people very nervous going to this bank. I prefer to go to Oak Brook where everyone follows Covid19 guidelines. Management needs to work on implementing guidelines on wearing mask. I came to this branch after a year and it looks very dirty and ceiling is falling apart.
Since only 1-2 bankers on call on site during COVID-19 pandemics, some of them are quite unfriendly because they are busy.
Great neighbor.
