There is an employee with bangs here (name tag hidden of course) who is unbelievably rude. Hearing how she talked to the customers in front of me was INSANE. It makes me wonder how people get hired to do such a respectable job. Where is the customer service?? Hospitality? Someone is clearly there to collect a check. Misery all over her face. Got a complete run around with bank manager when I was closing an account. She tried to make every excuse why I could not close the account and withdrawal my money.
