Former Republic customer I will be shopping for a new bank this week. Fulton does not accommodate customers as Republic did. I have no patience for difficult banks. First request to cash Nj treasury check denied. Had to deposit. Second request to increase debit card withdraw limit from 600 to 1000 denied. Four letter word ……next

Worst bank I have ever done business with in my life! It’s November 30 and I still do not have a debit card and every time they set up a card they rescind it and issue a new one! I haven’t been able to use my money in over a month. I just made an out of country purchase and it was declined because you have to ask for permission! I can’t get rid of this bank fast enough and unfortunately that’s Monday… If I could give it a zero I would!

After my branch closed I have to travel to Marter ave or to the bypass. The new staff needs training on how to treat customers in distress.

This “takeover” from Republic Bank was just fine, until it was time to switch to Fulton Bank. Maybe other locations are much more professional, but the Marter Avenue location of fraught with inconsistencies in policy and procedure, mixed with rude and condescending employees. I was one of eight customers waiting to straighten out yet another problem created by inept employees, and the level of disrespect for customers was so egregious, I decided to withdraw every dollar of my funds.
