Karen and her team are the best. I’ve been a Fulton customer for 20 years, yes there was a rough transition between Republic to Fulton but you can’t blame the team… they navigated that storm with grace and professionalism. I can’t say enough for this branch and how they’ve helped me grow my business over the last two decades. Thanks Karen!
Quick transaction and great customer service
Horrible customer service, horrible banking system. Go anywhere else. The staff is rude and will refuse to get a manager when asked
Every time I visit this Fulton Bank branch, the employees seem unhappy. No one smiles or greets customers, which makes the experience uncomfortable. Customer service should feel welcoming. If employees don’t enjoy working with customers, they should be in positions that don’t involve face-to-face interaction. Because of this, I mostly use the ATM now just to keep my own morning positive.
