Horrible customer service, horrible banking system. Go anywhere else. The staff is rude and will refuse to get a manager when asked
Every time I visit this Fulton Bank branch, the employees seem unhappy. No one smiles or greets customers, which makes the experience uncomfortable. Customer service should feel welcoming. If employees don’t enjoy working with customers, they should be in positions that don’t involve face-to-face interaction. Because of this, I mostly use the ATM now just to keep my own morning positive.
This entire bank is the absolute worst. They took over a bank that offered next day bank to bank transfers, no atm fees, free checking, and got rid of it of it all. Hours are trash. I start my day at 2 am and you people can’t even open the doors before 9. I have things to do that doesn’t involve wasting my time in a line at a bank. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.
Today I visited the bank Courtney was very pleasant. She answered all my questions, worries and concerns. She asked me questions and she was opened about her experience with Fulton bank and services. There was plenty of parking. The wait wasn't too bad. Well lit. No crowds. Very easy, fast experience. I went in to open a checking account. Thanks again Fulton foe the experience.
