This entire bank is the absolute worst. They took over a bank that offered next day bank to bank transfers, no atm fees, free checking, and got rid of it of it all. Hours are trash. I start my day at 2 am and you people can’t even open the doors before 9. I have things to do that doesn’t involve wasting my time in a line at a bank. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.
Today I visited the bank Courtney was very pleasant. She answered all my questions, worries and concerns. She asked me questions and she was opened about her experience with Fulton bank and services. There was plenty of parking. The wait wasn't too bad. Well lit. No crowds. Very easy, fast experience. I went in to open a checking account. Thanks again Fulton foe the experience.
I loves the egg harbor location. Waiting for them to get running a little smoother on gantown after the merger with Republic.
I actually went to close my account. I transitioned from Republic Bank, not by choice. Aside from the very kind teller that acknowledged me immediately the remainder of the visible Representatives acknowledge me ignored that I receive services from them. If I was not there to close my account I would have at that point. Customer service is huge to me.
When this bank was still Republic Bank, it was a 5-star bank - the best. Once Fulton took over, it's a complete dumpster fire! Most of the workers there are very rude, they slashed hours and terminated Sunday hours altogether, and you have a 1-2 HOUR wait time if you call! Furthermore, they did away with the coin counting machines, which is a HUGE disappointment! Even customers no longer have access to them! And FINALLY, your bank debit card CAN NO LONGER BE USED AT WAWA, ETC., without paying a fee! Ridiculous! VERY unhappy ... read more
