I have never had any trouble with Republic Bank in their customer service at my branch is excellent
Terrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I make six figures a year and I am going to close my account and take all of my business to their number one competitor. Every three months I need to order a new debit card because the chip quits working. This time I was ordering a new one and the teller was rude from the start. She somehow cancelled my card and ordered a whole new card with an entirely different card number. I explained that I wanted the same card number because I have bills that come out ... read more
I do NOT recommend this branch, I tried to open a joint account for my teenager and they denied it because it was 5 minutes before 4pm. They supposedly only had 1 person who could open accounts and she had places to be, however if you know anyone who works in banking you know that the LOBBY closes at 4, they generally don't close till 5, and it takes 2 people to close down.
