Horrible bank. They changed virtually everything on the on line "service" last fall and bill pay, among many other things just don't work. Today I got an email from Atmos Energy saying my bill is past due. I went to my account on line and it shows the bill was paid 2/27 but then I went to bill pay and it says "cancelled" on 3/2 not paid. Called Republic and all they could say is "Sorry". Their bill pay accidentally cancelled it and they don't have the ability to make the payment, SUX. I'm changing banks after 12 years.
I love this exact branch location out of all Republic banks. The next best one is Middletown. All of the staff are friendly & knowledgeable. I cant believe all of the negative reviews on here because people are simply dumb, then blaming the bank employees. Who doesn't roll coins? Who shows up 5 minutes before closing expecting a large transaction? who keeps destroying their debit card? People this is a great bank!
The people are nice but it seems to be a little short staffed at times. Very busy bank! They are very helpful and try to get you taken care of quickly. Parker is very helpful and professional!
