I got $100 out of their ATM expecting five 20s but instead received $100 bill. No big deal, they were open, so I went inside and asked them to exchange the hundred for 20s. They asked if I was a client, and when I said no, they said it's against their policy and they wouldn't do it. While I was considering a local bank, I will not be considering Republic bank.
So I have been banking with this bank for about 4 months now and I get paper checks from my job. I went in to deposit my check and the energy from the employees was unprofessional, judgmental and rude. The lady tending to me asked her manager to come over, so I asked if there was a problem and she told me they have to put a hold on my check even though I deposit the same check every single week and you could clearly see my companies logo on every piece of clothing I had on(just got off of work). Had an interaction with an ITM by the name of Neysa. She was extremely rude and condescending. Doesn’t even know what shared banking means and works in a bank. Sorry you guys have to work with her.
