This bank treats its loyal customers of 10 years. 10 years , like total crap . They are not trust worthy . Do not bank with them they will get you for every penny they can in fees and have no dignity or shame while doing it . Amazing staff on site! Ran into a predicament last week when my former job messed up my direct deposit and had to overnight me my check to arrive on Friday. Went into the bank, spoke about the situation and the branch manager (Hope) and she offered me a potential solution and she followed up today that everything was "resolved". Thank you Hope and other amazing folks, truly grateful for your assistance!

I opened a new account yesterday day the convenience of zelle. My L and N account doesnt offer that. I opened with a 100$ bill with the help of Hope the bank manager. When setting up my online banking she left a letter off of my iser id and left it like that after we realized it. Not a big deal. My ex husband zelled me some money from my son to pay some bills.
