Horrible customer service. I have been trying to change my service and cannot get anyone on the phone. Put on hold forever and then told to call back during business hours even though it is during business hours!

This company is an absolute joke! We signed up for their services six weeks ago and they have yet to pick up our trash on the day it was supposed to be picked up. I have to call every week and tell them they forgot to pick up our trash, which then gets pushed to the next week. Yesterday was our trash day, and again the truck stopped in front of our house, took a picture of the can and drove on. I’m extremely frustrated. You’ve repeatedly billed me for charges I do not owe. I’ve called multiple times, spoken to 4 different reps, each of whom said the issue was resolved. Yet I keep getting calls and emails demanding payment. This is starting to feel like harassment. Please stop the automated billing and actually fix the issue. I expect a real resolution—not another "I'm so sorry we promise it won't happen again"

EDITED TO ADD: after I received the reply to this review, I did reach out to customer service, as they requested. The girl who responded was very rude and basically said they would do nothing, so while the public response to reviews may seem helpful, it’s all fake. I paid $960 per business location of mine to get out of their predatory contract. They then turned around and asked for $273 more per location to remove dumpsters, 3 weeks after they were retrieved.
