They just find any reason to overcharge . I included a picture of the trash lid not closed fully because of a piece of carton...and they charged me $113 just for that . This has happened several times. I called to complain because. those charges -according to them- are done automatically. The trucks have a camera that checks if the lid is fully closed. This is the absolute worse company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. I started service a month ago and every week I’ve been missed on the scheduled day of pick up. Every week I have to call and have them come out the next day or two for pick up. It’s so frustrating knowing that they aren’t going to pick up and I’m going to have to call but I definitely got my bill on time. Lookie here, I had to log out and call around to make sure I'm reviewing the same company that has a 1.9 star review. My experience (twice now) has been STELLAR. From the CSR on the phone to the actual haulers, everything has gone very well and seamless. I called, spoke to a knowledgeable and professional Rep who put my items on the schedule. My pickup day happened and the items were picked up early, which I thought was great so they weren't sitting out all day. Everything was smooth and I'm impressed with my experience.
My pickup driver Kadar (Lawrenceville ,Ga route) went above and beyond with my pickup request as I had a bag the did not fit in my trash receptacle! He was polite and respectful willing to help! Great service!
Horrible customer service. I have been trying to change my service and cannot get anyone on the phone. Put on hold forever and then told to call back during business hours even though it is during business hours!
