The owners are rude. As soon as me and my family walked in they had a nasty attitude towards us. The lady gave my son an attitude when he asked to see the scorpion until I stepped in and asked to see it. I am definitely not going to be spending any money there.
Great place! Always give good advice for my snake- they go above & beyond to help me out!
Absolutely appalled at the condition of this place. The whole store reeked of feces, and while I understand some stench is normal, this was just beyond. Not to mention, it is almost inhumane how these animals are treated. Alligators, iguanas, and monitor lizards crammed into 40 gallon tanks with a single heat lamp and guinea pig bedding. The poor alligator had an empty tank with less than an inch of water. One tortoise appears to have some kind of shell rot causing it to cave in on itself.
