Big shout out to Crystal! I haven’t been to the gym in a while and wanted to find a place where I could feel comfortable. I signed up for Kurves with Crystal and couldn’t be happier. Crystal is wonderful, encouraging and gives you the strength to push yourself! Since doing my first 8 weeks with her I have signed up to continue in her class because I’ve noticed my strength, balance and flexibility improving. Thank you Crystal for helping me in my journey
Reps with Alison is such a great place to work out! The vibe is always positive and welcoming. The instructors are truly top-notch and the variety of classes are unmatched! I leave every class feeling stronger and inspired. Highly recommend!

Best gym, best coaches and owner ! Feels like family, no judgement and awesome workouts!!! Just wanted to update that I have had classes with most coaches now including Allisson the awesome owner and always had a great experience!! Everyone has different style in coaching which adds to the whole experience, best gym experience!!
