Have emailed several times concerning our frozen Embryos which we paid to be stored back in September. We have yet to receive a response, our embryos are not showing in our inventory after receiving a email that they were shipped. No answer, no response. We have no clue where our embryos are. Will change review upon receiving update.
Patience & Lakeisha are fantastic. Every phone call and email was professional but kind and you could tell that they truly wanted to help. They have been extremely communicative throughout this entire process which made every step smooth sailing.
Lakeisha was very helpful in answering all my questions, quick responses, addressing my needs, and great coordination with my clinic. No issues and would definitely use them again.
