I've been coming to this clinic for the past 3 years or so! I'd like to thank Dr. Budurian, she is very caring ,has good bed side manners,and listens to her patients. Patient services girls are great, very responsive and helpful, unfortunately, the same can't be said about nursing, THEY DON'T answer the phone or emails, they just ignore emails, even when it's for questions pertaining to your medication, I HAD really hoped this would change once they merged with generation, but its remained the same...THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE, an... read more
I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I see Dr. Buduryan as my gynecologist, and she is absolutely amazing — incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel heard and cared for. She takes the time to explain everything and creates such a calm, reassuring atmosphere. The entire staff is just as wonderful. A huge thank you to the nurses and ultrasound staff — they are absolutely incredible. I like Dr Buduryan She is very caring, knowledgeable and actually put her feet in our shoes to consider our situation. After every interaction with her, I get quite a hope because she explains everything in medical terms with logic. There is a nurse name Leslie , she also explains with patience and Sylvia is great 🥰

My experience at Generation Fertility West was absolutely awful, and I would strongly urge anyone considering fertility treatment—especially IVF—to think very carefully before coming here. A major red flag should have been the fact that there was no waitlist for IVF. The most significant issue throughout my time at this clinic was extremely poor communication from the nursing team.
