I am a patient at the Vaughan location, but have been coming to Toronto West for monitoring. The difference between the two locations is like night and day. Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with to date - whether it be in person, over the phone, or via email - has been so responsive, accommodating, and kind. I have to admit I was a little hesitant to come here, but the experience has been stellar so far. I don't feel like just a number (and definitely did feel that way at Generation Vaughan).
WARNING TO PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS!!! - This has been by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a fertility clinic. They show absolutely no care or concern for their patients. We tried calling them at least 20 times — no answer, no callback, nothing. When you’re going through something as emotional and time-sensitive as fertility treatment, that level of neglect is unacceptable. I would like to thank Generation Fertility clinic for helping us through our fertility issues. We now have a healthy baby boy and we are the most happy we have ever been because of him! Dr. Hartman and his team were supportive through the whole fertility journey we had. It started 4-5 years ago and we did try other ways before deciding to do IVF here. We first thought that doing IVF in Turkey would be cheaper but in reality do it here. We did it in Turkey then when we gad to do the transfer but they had to cancel it. I still... read more
