Visited this office due to not having a period for several years. The doctor told me that "sometimes that just happens" and put me on birth control to regulate me. They took blood, but never followed up with any results. Four years later, it turns out the culprit was a BRAIN TUMOR. Had this office done their due diligence, I would have had a much smaller tumor removed four years ago. I recommend avoiding this place!
I've had such a hard time finding a gyn surgeon who actually listens to the patient, so much so that when I went to see Dr. Roberts I felt like Anthony from "Designing Women" when he used to get nervous and just burst out a high-pitched laugh or blurt out a phrase. Dr. Roberts is absolutely amazing, and everyone else in her office is kind and caring as well (shoutout to Cindy for dealing with all of my questions and portal messages). I have spent YEARS struggling with severe endometriosis and adenomyosis, which has resulted in chronic pain and infertility. So many doctors refused to take me seriously, and I even had a laparoscopic surgery in December of last year by a doctor who had absolutely no idea what he was doing.
