Horrible experience with this clinic. The finance team constantly calls and feels more like harassment than support. Nurses send medication instructions only one day before the dosage is required, which is extremely unprofessional. For services costing $10,000–$15,000, the level of communication and care is unacceptable. Instead of treating patients with respect, they make you feel like just another case, as if they’re doing you a favor.
I went to NYU to pursue IVF with donor eggs and was told that Dr. Saketos, who is based on Long Island, would take the lead in my case and I would see Dr. Dondik for weekly appointments in BK. After nearly a year of treatment, I was extremely disappointed by the medical care I received, the complete lack of communication, and the dismissive way I was treated.
