This place is a medical mill. Very unprofessional. Very rude front desk staff. They only offer appointments from 7am-9am and expect everyone to make it work within those hours with 2 days notice. They call you all the time but then if you do not pick up their call it is so difficult to reach them back because you get transferred to a main nyu phone line hub that isn't even located in New York so they dont know any of the staff by name. Horrible experience with this clinic. The finance team constantly calls and feels more like harassment than support. Nurses send medication instructions only one day before the dosage is required, which is extremely unprofessional. For services costing $10,000–$15,000, the level of communication and care is unacceptable. Instead of treating patients with respect, they make you feel like just another case, as if they’re doing you a favor.

I went to NYU to pursue IVF with donor eggs and was told that Dr. Saketos, who is based on Long Island, would take the lead in my case and I would see Dr. Dondik for weekly appointments in BK. After nearly a year of treatment, I was extremely disappointed by the medical care I received, the complete lack of communication, and the dismissive way I was treated. Treatment was not curtailed to my specific needs. Information is not being properly disseminated. End up using 3 cycle and it was unsuccessful.
