Very friendly staff love my doctor so patient answers all questions
I called today with a simple question, and the receptionist abruptly hung up in the middle of the conversation while I was still speaking and had additional questions. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable
Never even get to anyone. I have been calling to schedule a consultation and calling all day is very dejecting. Even saw that they are quick to answer reviews and provide another number to better contact them, BUT THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THAT NUMBER.
I had a very frustrating experience with RMA West Orange regarding access to my own medical records. I was told I would receive my records in 30 days, not sooner. That is completely unreasonable, especially when fertility testing and treatment are time-sensitive and extremely expensive. I needed my records immediately to continue care elsewhere, and this policy forced me to pause everything. Being required to wait a full month for my own medical information is unfair and unacceptable.
This office has a serious scheduling problem. They will randomly cancel patients’ appointments without any notice, causing patients to show up in person only to be told that their appointment was cancelled. When asked what happened, staff simply say their system shows it was cancelled but they have no idea who did it or why — no explanation, no accountability.
