Never even get to anyone. I have been calling to schedule a consultation and calling all day is very dejecting. Even saw that they are quick to answer reviews and provide another number to better contact them, BUT THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THAT NUMBER. Update:8/3/26 FINALLY GOT THROUGH. They move fast once you get through the chaos. They told me one price but in person it was $100 higher. Downfall to paying out of pocket sigh.
This review is long overdue. RMA is a wonderful well oiled machine that also runs on compassion. You truly get a personalized approach to whatever challenges you may face. Their rates for outside monitoring are quite good but the hours are tough (7-9 AM daily)? Otherwise, it's easy to get to, staff are kind and professional, and there is free coffee in the lobby. Takes about an hour to get to from Brooklyn. Well worth it!
