My operation with this hospital has ruined my life. After being discharged with no aftercare guidance, no follow-up, missing medication with a massive hematoma following an aterty bleed, I had to fight for 2 months to get as much as a phone call check-in. I was discharged while still living with discomfort from post op symptoms and no physical follow up. Appalling experience. Not treated as humans throughout the process. Unclear communication and lack of care/guidance during an already anxious time.
Please consider going private, the communication and support levels are unbearable. They show infinitely more effort and communication when you are invested £££ than any follow up and support. Save your money. If you can go private.
I can honestly not thank this clinic enough for everything they have done for me and my partner. I underwent three rounds of IVF/ICSI treatment and on my third round it was a success and i am now 12 weeks pregnant. The Nurses, Embryologists, Receptionists and Doctors are absolutely amazing and i am so glad i chose this Clinic to give me my miracle. The best experience and the best Journey i have ever been on.
